· ODOT - 1993 consensus seeking on transforming the 1991 Oregon Highway Plan Policies into an Administrative Rule (See also under consulting)
· Columbia River Regional Forum - 2001, facilitated meetings of various committees, but primarily the System Configuration Team advisory to the US Army Corps of engineers (COE) on approximately $85million annual research and hardware spending to implement NMFS Biological Opinion.
· Clark County - 1992, interest group process to establish an agenda and a timetable for reform of the permit approval process.
· The Governor of Oregon - the Salmonberry Rail Panel sought consensus on the future role of the state in the Port of Tillamook Bay Railroad in light impacts from the floods and landslides of February 1995.
· Pacific City (Tillamook County) – a community representative process working on consensus for rural unincorporated community plan and elements of transportation plan under related DLCD rules (2000).
· US Army Corps of Engineers, DEQ, WDOE, DLCD & EPA (Astoria) - interactive public hearing processes on the program for maintenance dredging of the Columbia River shipping channel and the Mouth of the Columbia River (2001 & 2002).
· Bonneville Power/USACOE/Tribal Representatives - searching for consensus on programs and procedures impacting Native American burials grounds and artifacts and affected by the operations of the Columbia River dams and the related bank erosion.(2000)
· Clark County, WA, - consensus seeking process for the year 2000 Clark County Comprehensive Plan Monitoring Report involving land utilization, vacant land inventory, and other forecasts.
· Water Bureau, City of Portland - a multi-jurisdictional task force meeting on Johnson Creek watershed management area. (2000)
